Ingredients For 300 g

  • 75 g Sugar

  • 30 cl Water

  • 3 Egg yolk

  • 150 g Ointment butter

  • The seeds of 1 Vanilla pod


  • Begin the preparation of your buttercream by heating the water and sugar over high heat in a saucepan. Cook for 5 minutes from the time the sugar is melted.
  • Whisk the eggs until you get a frothy mixture. Gradually add the melted sugar in a drizzle, along the wall of the bowl, whisking at high speed using an electric mixer, to cool the mixture.
  • Add the softened butter cut into small pieces, and the vanilla, lowering the speed. Whisk until you get a smooth and homogeneous cream.
