  • 4 apples

  • 1/3 cup of water

  • 1/3 cup of white wine

  • 3 teaspoons of powdered sweetener

  • 1 teaspoon of butter (optional)

  • 4 cinnamon sticks

  • Peppermint leaves or peppermint to decorate


  • Start by preheating the oven to 180 ° C. Then wash the apples very well, dry them, core them with an apple core remover or a knife.
  • Then place them in a baking dish that is ovenproof, add a little butter to the inside of each apple and sprinkle a pinch of sweetener.
    Then, place a cinnamon stick inside each hole (where the heart used to be), the water and take to the oven for approximately 25 minutes.
    From time to time, open the oven and bathe the apples with the cooking juice to hydrate them.
  • Once they are tender and golden, remove them from the oven and leave them to rest until they are tempered.
    When you go to serve your apples in the oven without sugar, remove the cinnamon sticks and decorate with some mint leaves. They can be eaten warm or cold. Enjoy them as it suits you!
