Ingredients<br>
- For the chocolate brownie:
75 g 70% dark chocolate
60 g Butter
90 g Eggs
75 g Sugar
20 g Flour
2 g baking powder
1 pinch Salt
- For the cream:
300 g Liquid cream
30 g Sugar
1/4 Vanilla pod
- For garnish :
500 g Cherries
25 g Chocolate shavings
Directions
- Start this black forest recipe by mixing together the sugar, flour, baking powder and salt, then stir in the eggs.
- Melt the chocolate with the butter, let it cool for a few moments and add to the previous mixture.
- Pour the dough into a buttered and floured mold, then bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 160 ° C.
- Meanwhile, prepare the cream. In the bowl of a beater, pour the very cold cream, the sugar and the vanilla beans removed from the pod using the blade of a knife. Let rise into a tight cream.
- Pit the cherries and cut them in half. Reserve the prettiest for dressage.
- Once the brownie is cooked and well cooled, cut it in three, thick. For the assembly, insert a slice of brownie with a little cream and a few pieces of cherries. Assemble the three layers. Finish with a layer of cream and decorate with whole cherries and large chocolate shavings. Keep cool before tasting.
