  • 2 Eggplants

  • 2 Zucchini

  • 2 Tomatoes

  • 1 red pepper

  • 1 yellow pepper

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 2 Mozzarella balls

  • Fresh thyme

  • Basil

  • Olive oil

  • Salt and pepper


  • Start this tian recipe with summer vegetables and mozzarella by preheating the oven to 180 ° C (th. 6). Wash the vegetables and dry them. Cut the ends of the zucchini. Remove the peduncles from the eggplants and tomatoes. Remove the stems from the peppers and remove the seeds. Cut all the vegetables and the mozzarella into ½ cm wide slices. Wash and dry the herbs.
