  • 250 g Pizza dough

  • 400 g Ground beef

  • 8 Mozzarella balls

  • 1 onion

  • 1/2 Green pepper

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 4 tsp. olive oil

  • 2 tsp. Chopped cilantro

  • 1/2 tsp. Oregano

  • 1/2 tsp. Paprika coffee

  • Salt and pepper

  • Cumin seeds


  • Start this Turkish pizza recipe by preheating the oven to 220 ° C. Peel the onion and garlic. Rinse and de-seed the pepper. Chop everything very finely. Put them in a bowl. Add the minced meat, 3 tsp. olive oil, paprika and oregano.
  • Cut the pizza dough into two parts and form shuttles by rolling the edges slightly inward to create a rim. Pinch the ends of the dough. Place the shuttles on a baking sheet.
  • Top the pasta with the minced meat mixture, add the mozzarella balls, sprinkle with the remaining olive oil and sprinkle with cumin.
